Selling to us

What do you buy?: Scotty Cameron collectibles: headcovers, Gallery and tour putters, and accessories such as ball markers, pivot tools, towels and bag tags. Single pieces and whole collections. No collection too big or too small.
Do I have to sell everything?: No. When you submit, tell us whether you want one offer for the whole lot, you're open to selling pieces, or you're not sure yet. We'll work with that.
Why do I need to sign in?: Signing in with your email keeps bots and junk out of the photo uploads, and it gives you a page where you can follow your submission and add photos if we ask for more. There's no password: we email you a link.
What photos do you need?: Start with a few wide shots that show everything, then close-ups where you can: both sides of a headcover and its tag, a putter's face, sole and stamps, and any flaws. A dozen clear overview photos of a rack or a case go a long way. We can ask for close-ups of specific pieces later.
How do you come up with an offer?: We identify each piece from your photos and look at what the same pieces have actually sold for recently. Our offer is a price for your items as pictured, and it's valid for 7 days.
How long does it take?: Every submission is reviewed by a person, so it depends on the size of the collection. We reply by email as soon as we have looked through everything.

Who pays for shipping?: We do. Once you accept an offer, we send you a prepaid, insured shipping label. You pack the items, drop the box off, and we cover the rest.
How do I get paid?: By PayPal Goods & Services, and we cover the PayPal fee. You don't wait for the box to arrive: for offers under $2,000 we pay the full amount as soon as the carrier scans your package. From $2,000 up, we pay half when it ships and the other half within one business day of inspecting the items.
Why PayPal Goods & Services?: It protects both sides. You have a record of the payment, and we have PayPal's purchase protection on a payment made before we've seen the items. One thing to know: if your PayPal account is new or rarely used, PayPal itself may hold the money for up to 21 days. That's PayPal's rule, and delivery of the package usually releases it early.
What does "as pictured" mean?: Our offer covers the items shown in your photos, in the condition shown. If something arrives that doesn't match the photos, we'll talk to you before anything else happens.
