How selling to us works.

These are the terms between you and IONYX GOLF LLC ("iOnyx Golf", "we") when you use ionyx.golf to offer us items.

Submissions

• You confirm that you own the items you submit, or are authorised to sell them, and that your photos and descriptions are accurate.
• Submitting items is not a sale. There is no obligation on either side until you accept a written offer from us.
• You allow us to store your photos and details and to use them to identify and value your items and to contact you about your submission.

Offers

• An offer is for the items as pictured, in the condition pictured. It is valid for 7 days from the date on the offer unless it says otherwise.
• You accept an offer by telling us so in writing (email is fine). We may withdraw an unaccepted offer at any time.

Shipping

• After you accept, we send you a prepaid, insured shipping label. We pay for shipping and insurance.
• You are responsible for packing the items securely and shipping them with the label we provide. Items shipped another way are not covered by our insurance.
• Risk of loss passes to us once the carrier scans the package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we handle the insurance claim.

Inspection and payment

• We pay by PayPal Goods & Services and cover the PayPal fee.
• For offers under $2,000 we pay the full offer amount when the carrier's tracking shows the package has been scanned in. For offers of $2,000 or more we pay half at that point and the rest within one business day of inspecting the items.
• We inspect the items when they arrive. If they match your photos and description, the purchase is final.
• If something doesn't match, we contact you before doing anything else. We may adjust the offer for the affected items, or return them to you at our cost, and you choose. Any payment already made is settled against the adjusted amount.

Accounts and fair use

• Your account is for your own submissions. We may close accounts used for spam, abuse or submissions that are not genuine.
• Photos you upload must be yours. Don't upload other people's images or anything unlawful.

General

• Scotty Cameron is a trademark of Acushnet Company. iOnyx Golf is not affiliated with Scotty Cameron or Acushnet.
• We may update these terms; the date above says when. Changes apply to submissions made after that date.
