What we keep, and why.

ionyx.golf is run by IONYX GOLF LLC ("we"). This page says plainly what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign in. We use it to send you a sign-in link and to reply about your submissions.
• What you put in a submission: your name, photos, descriptions, item lists, location, phone number if you give one, and your asking price. We use these to identify your items, make you an offer and arrange shipping and payment.
• Technical details needed to run the site safely: a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself), your browser type, and the time of each request. These limit abuse of the upload system.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't use advertising trackers or cookies. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
• We don't publish your photos. We may use them internally to identify and value items.

Who handles your data for us

The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, bot checks and email routing). Sign-in links and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Analytics are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. Payments are made through PayPal under PayPal's own terms.

How long we keep it

Unfinished submissions and their photos are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Completed submissions are kept as business records of what we were offered and what we bought. Email hello@ionyx.golfif you want a submission or your account removed, and we will do that unless we need to keep a record of a completed purchase.
